Cancellations, refunds and transfers
If a participant withdraws/cancels 5 or more business days prior to a course, they will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
If a participant withdraws/cancels 3-4 business days prior to a course, they will receive a credit which can be used towards the same course offered on a future date.
If a participant withdraws/cancels 1-2 business days prior to a course or on the day of a course, they will not be refunded and will not receive a credit.
In the case that a registrant cannot attend a course, they may transfer their ticket to someone else at any time before the course. Please contact Avantix Learning to let us know if you are transferring your ticket.
Avantix Learning makes every effort to hold classes as scheduled. However, if minimum enrollment requirements are not met or other circumstances beyond our control occur, Avantix Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. Avantix Learning will refund payments made by a registrant if a course is cancelled by us unless alternative arrangements acceptable to the registrant can be made.
